License Agreement for AyA Prints Studio Designs
This license agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) is entered into between AyA Prints Studio (hereinafter, the “Licensor”) and the end user of the product (hereinafter, the “Licensee”).

Grant of License: The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the digital prints acquired from AyA Prints Studio for basic commercial purposes. This license permits the use of the prints in commercial products, advertising, and promotional materials, provided that proper credit is given to the Licensor.

Restrictions: The Licensee is not permitted to sell, redistribute, or sublicense the prints in their original or modified form, whether individually or as part of a collection, except when incorporated into products created using the prints.

Commercial Use: The prints may be used for basic commercial purposes, including but not limited to their application in products, advertising, and promotion. For broader commercial use, an extended commercial license is required.

Intellectual Property: The Licensee acknowledges that the prints are the exclusive property of the Licensor, AyA Prints Studio, and does not acquire any ownership, title, or interest in the prints beyond the limited usage expressly granted by this Agreement.

Copyright: All prints are protected by copyright. This Agreement does not transfer any copyright to the Licensee. The Licensee agrees not to remove or alter any copyright notices attached to the prints.

No Transfer of Copyright: The Licensor, AyA Prints Studio, retains all copyright over the prints. This Agreement does not transfer any copyright to the Licensee.

Download and Storage: The prints will be provided in digital format and may be downloaded and stored only on the Licensee’s personal or commercial devices.

Technical Support: The Licensor, AyA Prints Studio, is not obligated to provide technical support or updates related to the prints.

Liability: The Licensee assumes full responsibility for the use and application of the prints, releasing the Licensor, AyA Prints Studio, from any legal liability. The Licensor makes no warranties regarding the prints and shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from their use.

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license, and any disputes related to this Agreement shall be subject to the appropriate jurisdiction.

Acceptance: By clicking to accept and download the prints, the Licensee indicates agreement and acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
